We met Pete in July of
1994. We were moving to Denver for the first time. Pete made us feel right at
home in Colorado. At the time we had four children at home. Pete drove us from
house to house searching for that perfect home. It took awhile, but Pete was
persistent. Pete made everything seem so easy like the paperwork; the long
hours of searching and of course the closing. He has a great sense of humor and
a great knack to say the right things at the right time. We moved back to
Wyoming in 1999 and then were transferred back to Denver this past year. When
Paula asked what should we do? I said, “Call Pete!” Pete spent many hours on
the phone and in the car in helping us buy a new home…what can I say except
that Peter Cerf is one terrific person…not to mention a terrific Realtor.
